Thanks, Berel, I finally got QTR to load, once I found the 2.7.0 version rather than the 2.3.1 version referred to in the user guide that I have, which is Document version 1.1 dated 26 April 2005, and which came with the QTR 2.7.0 that I loaded. It will not load my Epson 3880 info unless the Epson is turned on, which is fine. However, when I print the ink separation test page as stated in the manual, I only get a black and white test page - no color at all as shown in the manual. This is true whether I set the Ink Calibration slider to the far left or the far right (1 or 100). Each test strip is different, but only B&W. Any ideas on this new mystery? Also, the screen captures of the version 2.7.0 and the info in the manual is significantly different. Is there an up-to-date manual? If you are on a networked windows system be sure that you have full admin permissions - otherwise parts of the program may not load. > > Berel Lutsky > Associate Professor of Art > UW Manitowoc > 920-683-4735 > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] >
