QTR-Quadtone RIP

Yes. I updated my 10.5.8 OS X Server machine to cups 1.4.5 for the 10.6.5 transition. (I like to keep my CUPs versions the same between client and server.)

And on the server, QTR cannot use/make custom paper sizes.  So this is a cups thing it looks like to me.
