QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm new to this.  With an Epson 1400 loaded with K6 piezography inks and QTR, I'm planning to print digital negatives on Pictorico OHP.  Can someone lead me to help in coming up with either a strategy for determining the best curves or, at least, examples of either setups or how to go about setting up curves on QTR.  Does anyone already have curves that they're willing to share?   Thanks.
