QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Walker,

Can you also confirm that the QTR printer(s) reappear in the drop down list at 'manage custom sizes' after this fix?

Strange thing though that only the QTR printers disappeared and not the epson AND gutenprint printers.

By the way did someone file a bug report at apple?
