I¹ll add to this. I ordered some mounting materials that were to be shipped in two days. Now, more than two weeks and I have not received these materials. At least you were able to speak with them. I left telephone messages, wrote emails, all to no avail. I intend to notify my credit card company not to pay the charges. This used to be a reliable company, not any more.
