Janet,

I have read these threads, and I have not been able to find which printer and inks you are using. With QTR it is essentail you match the curves/profiles you use with the correct printer and ink set. I am not familiar with the vegaries of the various Mac OS systems. So I cannot help you there. But let us start with the basics. What printer, which inks?

Hope things start working out for you.

Shilesh
