QTR-Quadtone RIP

Chris,

I run a couple of 1900s and mainly use the rear manual feed and never seen
anything like this.
Can you post a large image of the damaged area.
Does this happen if you use the sheet feed?

Is the paper warped in some way so the head can strike it?
