In Assign Profile the "Don't Manage" option means don't attach a
profile to the file
when you save it.   While in PS the file will be treated as the
default working space
you set up in Color Settings...   Really has no bearing on what
happens at print time.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
