Hello Tom. I don't know the answer to that, but it would seem if everyone uses the same order; when a question concerning it came up it would be easier to pinpoint the problem. Holding the dart with the outlets that fit on the posts in the printhead facing you and on the bottom, the order is from the left beginning with Yellow,Light Magenta, Magenta, Light Cyan, Cyan (cyan is on the extreme right and Yellow is on the extreme left in this case). I think it is customary to fill with the lightest ink first (Yellow) and progress to the darkest ink (Cyan). I hope I've made it clear enough.
