QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'll bet you're on a Mac. Try assigning sRGB to the file, then also selecting sRGB as the output profile in the print dialogue when using photoshop manages color.
That we are still dealing with this years after it came up is.. well... maybe just a sign of the times, to be "nice" about it.
