I designed the QuadBlack ink set and developed the curves you have. For the Entrada I only did the natural, not the Bright. But since the only difference is the addition of the white brightener, I think you may find the Natural curve will work ok. Unfortunately, Roy Harrington's curve generating tools don't work with the QuadBlack ink set; our ink set uses multiple channels with its cool and warm inks to do some very sophisticated b&w balancing, and Roy's tools can't generate our curves. So I had to build my own tools, but they are VERY user-unfriendly and I'm only tolerating them myself. So even a densitometer probably wouldn't make it straightforward for you to make a curve directly for Entrada Bright. best, Richard Wolfson Fine Art Photographer, Printmaker & Digital Imaging Consultant > -----Original Message----- > From: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > [mailto:QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of billkaroly > Sent: Wednesday, September 14, 2005 12:53 AM > To: QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [QuadtoneRIP] QTR - R200 and Entrada Bright curves? > > I currently have some Entrada Natural and I downloaded the > curves but does anyone have R200 curves for the Entrada > Bright with Media Street's Quad Black inkset?
