QTR-Quadtone RIP

I downloaded the patch.zip and unzipped it and I am presented with two files imagetoraster.exe and quadtoprinter.exe. How are these installed. When I downloaded the zip file it said I already had them saved.

I also cannot find 2.7.0patch.zip on the QTR web site - why ?
