Thank you for the tip. 

I did install measure. After multiple tries I keep getting the out of order error using the 21x4 patch

When I look at the sampled strip just prior to export it looks like the printed strip so I think I am measuring then right patch

But like I said after about 6 tries I keep getting the error

Any ideas how to get past this?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
