If you can wipe the ink off with your hand or fingers then you most definitely have an ink set that doesn't play well with the transparency substrate your are using. This reminds me of the old MIS pigmented inks.

Inks should dry quickly and not be smudged with normal handling.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
