QTR wants the custom size in inches or mm, not pixels.

You need to specify the number of pixels per inch that you want your image to be printed.

Go to your image editing software and specify the image size and number of pixels per inch.

If you do not want to resample your image then specify a PPI of 360 or 400. The resulting image sizes will fit on the page.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
