You need a different gradient to that curve and cant do it with a global variable. You can set separate limits for each channel in the Windows GUI (and in the text files if you're on a Mac). But I think Paul has a point. The way he does it works just fine, makes sense to his brain & he's comfortable with it. They way I do it also works, and makes more sense to my brain. Don't assume that any one person's way is the absolute right way of doing things. It helps to be aware of all the different capabilities of the tool (and methods of working with it), and then figure out what works best for you. --Greg
