David, Maybe I missed this but how are you feeding the paper into the printer? 8.5x11 through the normal tray? Rolls? 13x19 through the back slot? If the problems occurs only when you are feeding the paper in through the back slot I have an answer that has worked for me. However just so you know, I do not have the issue when standard size paper is fed from the tray.
