Creating custom QTR curves with ColorPort

Creating custom QTR curves with ColorPort

2012-03-28 by boulet_v

Hello,

I want to create custom QTR curves using level 3 of the tutorial of Amadou Diallo but I have got a problem with ProfileMaker 5 because this software is no longer supported and the last version cannot be installed on a Mac with OSX Lion. So the solution is to use ColoPort that is apparently the succesor of PM5, but with this software, the file QTR-21x4-random.txt used on step 8 doesn't work. The import method for custom test charts seems to use another type of file.
Please, can you help me to find a solution ?
Thanks a lot.

Look here:

He's built new CGATS (measurement data) files for that target to be used with ColorPort. The installation process is a bit painful, but it looks like he's figured it out.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
