Printing on rolls

Hi there, part of our printing workflow is to use rolls. Unfortunatly, we cannot find a way to print smoothly on rolls in QTR from Photoshop. When choosing "rolls" from the QTR Print menu, the size of the paper in Photoshop Print Preview should change to something very long and with a defined width (24" for example). Unfortunatly, it does not happen and we have to change the paper size in the photo shop dialog, which is particularly painful as you first have to define a personalized paper with the right width and a length. I am pretty sure, we make it wrong, maybe someone could help ? Many thanks ! Régis
