QTR-Quadtone RIP

I hadn't used the program for many months and was surprised today when a print came out with flat contrast and darker than expected. I'm running 2.7.0 in Win.7 64bit and thought I would first try a reinstall. I ran the Cleaner, which cleared out everything except the present version, which is X86 and not 64 bit.
I thought I had reinstalled the newest version but it indicates 2.7.0, still X86 and retained my old preferences and print record.
What am I doing wrong? Though I've used the program for years[infrequently]it's never produced a mismatch in contrast.

QTR is still the same. It says 2.7.0 for the GUI but the driver is 2.7.2

If the prints are different something else going on. Check inks, paper,
Settings you are using.

Thanks for your response. Not sure why, but after the reinstall everything is back to normal. Probably user error, the usual suspects.
