Curve Setup not working

Hi, I am new to QTR printing. I am using both MAC and Windows 7 and I have installed QTR for both platforms. I wanted to use the Curve Setup available in QTR feature. However, the preview of the print does not seem to reflect the tone I want (for example sepia or warm). I have tried to print anyway hoping that the preview is not working, but the print also does not reflect the tone I selected. I keep going back to the manuals on setting up and printing workflow for QTR, but to no avail. Could you please assist me? Thank you.
