Roll Printing on a 2200

Running Mac OS 10.4.1
Sheet fed works beautifully but Roll Paper is mixed.

On 13" roll a 6" long test prints fine (but does not make the second cut) but when trying to 
make a 13" X 26" print the printer seems to revert to the default 8.5 X11 size.....

Any thoughts???
