QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am using QTR with a 4000 printer running xp.  Whats the correct way 
to configur QTR  for roll paper or do i even need to do a custom 
setup?  I want to print 11x14 using a 16x100' roll prem luster paper.  
I set the printer up for roll and cut and I picked 11x14 in QTR but the 
error mentioned the paper tray was empty, i guess its looking for 
sheets of paper not roll.

In the back end of the QTR interface where you select your hue tones
you will see an option to either use sheet, roll feed, or roll feed
with paper trimmer on. The default setting is for sheets and if you
don't change that it will assume you are using sheet media.
