QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm mid-way through the process of creating a new paper profile following the instructions "Getting Started with QuadToneRIP 2.4" and am now puzzled as to the step involving the use of the Drop-Quad-Profile script.

I used SpyderPrint to measure a Step-21-gray print, processed the output file through the QTR-Linearize-Data script and then copied the resulting LINEARIZE data at the end of my ink separation file.

I'm uncertain as to what to do next. What file am I supposed to turn through the Drop-Quad-Profile script? When I try either my new ink separation file or any of the linearization data files, I keep getting an error "Printer Not Found".
