Adobe Color Print Utility for Create ICC profiles

Has anyone had any experience using the “Adobe color print utility” (ACPU) to print Create ICC-RGB targets? This would be for the Windows platform. The utility is a substitute for "no color management" according to Adobe. It's available for download here:

The ICCs made using the ACPU or, in CS5 using the Adobe RGB(1998) profile in the PS Print screen profile list seem to make good profiles. The differences I’ve seen could just be spectro read variances, but I have not made that many comparisons.
