Hi, installed quadtonerip for use with piezography inks, when i print i can see a message in the print que saying permission denied to profile used?


Should note that prints are also coming out very very dark.

Can you give a little more info about your set up, like what operating system are you using? This might be an anti virus software issue with Windows.

I've never had a permissions issue when printing with Mac OS 10.4-10.10 on a number of different computers.

Seemed to have cured it, i checked the curve owner and it was set to uid 501 which was just a share user, my uid is 502.

Seems all quatone files where being installed as uid 501, un installed quatone, removed share user with uid 501 and reboot. Reinstalled quatone, installed printer and now curves are owned by me with no permission error on printing.

Now to find some curves for canson matt papers :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
