Error: Unable to set printer resolution!

I am running a Mac OS 10.6 printing to a Epson 3800 with the QTR; getting this "error: unable to set printer resolution!" error. Up until recently I was able to print just fine with this combo and have been for years. I have uninstalled and re-installed QTR with no change. The printer will print using the Epson driver so it is communicating.


Anyone have any ideas please?

There are some strange OSX issues with default resolution. If you are not using 2.7.5 you
should upgrade to it. It fixes most of these situations but I'd see the important thing is to
change and set the resolution and then save it as a Preset and always use the Preset.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
