Photoshop CC icc profile location

Photoshop CC icc profile location

2015-12-18 by norm@...

Just created a couple of icc profiles for R2400/Eboni/matte combo using QTR-Create-ICC and QTR-Create-ICC-RGB. (BTW: which one is the recommended utility?)

Copied the profiles in Macintosh>Library>ColorSync>Profiles. However, they are not showing up in the print dialog. I'm running El Capitan. Is there a new place that these are supposed to go? Also noticed that the QTR profile Gray_Matte_Paper.icc is not showing up either, although RGB_Matte_Paper.icc, etc. are...

Any ideas?

I always use the Create ICC-RGB. Many programs don't recognize the grayscale ICC.

(A Mac person will have to answer the rest.)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
