Issue with printing ink separation file on SC-P800

Hi guys. New to QTR and haven't had a problem so far. I'm wanting to print the inkseparation8.tiff file but it's not working. First 2 lines ink virtually runs off page and then next 3 lines taper off to nothing.
Running Mac Pro with latest update of El Capitan and Epson SC-P800
Printing through PS CC with latest QTR
Using inkseparation8.tif, no adjustments or color management
Printing to QuadP800 in QuadTone RIP Calibration mode with ink limit set to 100 (as per instructions for first print) 1440 dpi, photo ink onto Chromajet Metallic Pearl and Museo Silver Rag.
Any help appreciated.
