17 inch paper on the P800 with QTR

Until recently, all of my pictures printed on my new P800 via QTR were on 13x19 paper - they were great. Then I printed a larger one on 17x22 paper. The image, itself, was 13.5x20 inches. The first time, the print came out 9 inches high & incomplete. I went back and started checking every setting in QRT, the P800 "printing preferences" dialog, and the image dimensions in Photoshop. I re-printed with the "Purge-K" curve (borrowed from my long dead 4900 and modified for my more recent 3880) and, also, with a standard canned P800 curve that came with QTR. I got, randomly, one print at 10 inches and one at 11 inches, but never one complete or close to the actual size of the image. The qtrgui preview showed everything to be correct. I went back to 13x19 paper, downsized the image to fit, and it printed perfectly. I also printed the full-sized image using both Photoshop and Qimage on 17x22 paper, and that worked perfectly. I also reloaded QTR. Does the QRT/P800 printer selection not like 17 inch paper or am I really missing something? I searched the forum, but found nothing relevant to my problem. Is anyone printing on 17 inch wide cut sheets on the P800 via QTR?
