TROUBLES WITH MEASURE TOOL

Good Morning to everyone,
I am having problems with using the MEASURE TOOL with my x-rite Eye-One ISis. When I select the
QTR-21x4-random.txt file it appears an error message that says 'reference file incomplete. (error 20313)'. What do I have to do?
