Error message No data in Line 41

I am trying to establish a new curve .--- using a PC - windows 10


After I have selected Create a New Curve and entered all data and saved the file I get the following message "Curve Creation failed - no valid date in quadprofile pl line 41"


What is this ????

Where is line 41?

Any advise would be appreciated. I have created curves before but cant figure out this error message.

Why don't you guys show your work? Nobody can help unless we see
the line that's bad. If it's a CURVE (probably) show the entry.
or best just include the whole .qidf file i.e. the text itself in the post.

Hi Roy,

I was coming back to do that if there was no immediate response,
I went through all the search results on this group and the answer appears to be that one must use a specific inverted comas or it will return this error. I changes the inverted comas to another type and it worked...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
