For some unknown reason my Quad Tone RIp will not work anymore with Windoews 10.
It appears the computer is just thinking about saving the curve but nothing ever happens.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Bruce.

I has a number of issues upgrading to Windows 10, the upgrade unfortunately changed the permissions on some directories and made them read only. Maybe related to your problem? MK

I don't know about this . It worked ok a month ago after I got Windows 10 so I don't know what is causing the issue.

If I remember correctly my problem happened after one of the many updates. Could not save preferences in a couple of programs – they just would not stick. Every time I opened the program the defaults had not changed. So went to the folder and selected properties, then the security tab and the permissions were set as read only. So changed them to have full access for everyone and voila all working again. You might want to check as Microsoft can do some strange things J MK

No my new curve does not show up in the pull down. After I have tried to save the new curve I wait several minutes while I just see the spinning indicator that says the computer is thinking. Then I shut the computer down, restart and open up Quad Tone Rip. I look for my new curve in the pull down BUT Its not there.
I will keep trying to figure this problem out.
Thanks for your help. Bruce

I think you may find that it's working. Even though the curve never shows up when you click Show Curve and then it just spins, typically the curve gets installed anyway and will show up in the pull-downs.
