QTR-Quadtone RIP

Have just  installed a 1430 on my OSX 10.6.8 and when at the printer dialog drop down in PS - CS2 - and selecting Quad 1430-MIS or Quad 1430,  when I open up Layout see the QuadTone PDE is lined out with the cheery little error message that, ' The bundle "QuadTonePDE" couldn't be loaded because it doesn't contain a version for the current architecture" and advises me to 'Contact the bundle's creator listed here for the latest version"


QuadTonePDE 2.7.6


Which is conveniently listed on the kind line in Preferences -- QuadToneRIP 2.7.6 Epson 1400. Making me think the install went well as I am using QTR 2.7.6. 


Did a Goggle and  QTR group search on the issue to no avail before bothering anyone on this annoyance, but the obvious steps to clear the error from the print dialog seem not so obvious to me at the moment.


But then again it's Christmas Eve and this can wait a bit

Yes. that CS2 is getting a bit old. Switched over to Print Tool and all the limitations I had encountered are resolved. Just loosing the ability to move the sliders for split toning was enough to motivate the very easy move and set up.
