Having trouble setting up P9000 (european). Curves are missing

2018-01-09 by stuartr414@...

Hello all. I have previously used QTR on my Epson 9900. I have switched to the 9000, and unfortunately when I download QTR, there are no curves visible. The install script is there, but when I run it, nothing happens. The print dialog launches fine and says it is for the 9000, but when I go to select a curve, it just says none. I have not graduated to calibration yet, and I have an exhibition coming up in the next day or two that I was hoping to print similarly to what I did on the 9900, but so far I am being foiled. Is there somewhere where I can download a general curve, or perhaps there is something I am missing? I guess I could generate my own curve, but it looks extremely complicated and I am on a deadline at the moment...

I am using Photo Rag Baryta and was hoping to do a split tone image.

Thanks very much!

Stuart

Hi Stuart

I think you ended up using the ancient Stylus Pro 9000 driver which isn't what you want.

The new P9000 is compatible with 9900 for the software.

Put the zip file into the Profiles folder, unzip it. The PSeries-UC folder will have the
appropriate install script.
