P800 front feed poster board A2

Hello,
I am using quadtone rip with front poster board tray, trying to print an A2 (I'm printing photopolymer plates). The image does not fully print and starts to fade off towards the end, about 5 cm from the end. I have tried changing the paper size (custom paper size) and deleting the printing margins. I need to print as much of the A2 as possible. It just fades off towards the end. Any suggestions?
