QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am having a problem with printing on the front sheet feed of my P800 onto pictorial OHP film for digital negs. Everything loads as expected however the film runs through the printer without printing.

I have added the curve txt. profile I have installed. Could anyone advise me on how to solve the problem?
