The sepia curves are the ones that generally use some yellow. Sepia curves tend to be pretty strong and so rarely used on their own, but they can be useful for blending and split-toning. Since you're printing 'neutral greys' I can't see you using sepia curves. Thus as Walker said, you should be fine.
[Note, the QTR neutral curves are not always dead neutral. I gather the P800 ones are, but the 3880 ones tend towards slightly warm. I don't mind this, but if I want something closer to neutral then I blend in a small percentage of the cool curve. This is easier than trying to change the amount of the toning inks. In the unlikely event that you found the curves for your printer to be slightly cool, then with a dead yellow channel you wouldn't be able to blend in a small amount of the sepia curve. The warm curve is a bit of a misnomer and probably wouldn't substitute.]

Most of the curves in QTR only use LC, C, LM, and M and the Black channels and no yellow. You should be fine.
