Hi Roy, one of my readers has reported what seems to be a rather serious problem with QTR and the P800 printer.

He is trying to print a direct-to-plate positive onto a photogravure plate. This has to be done with the front feed slot and it seems the only "paper" option available under those circumstances is Poster Board. Needless to say, that is not going to work. If he tries to use anything else, the necessary front feet slot is not an option.

In QTR driver the front feed options have both "Fine Art" and "Poster Board". They are
meant to do the same feeds as the Epson driver (which selects this in the Paper Size).
But there is no notion of what paper you select -- QTR driver just has curves.

I only use regular paper prints with my P800 so although I've heard of film printing issues
I've never seen them or reproduced problems.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
