Hi, I was reading on another site that Kodak Rapid Dry Lustre paper with a 4000 exhibits much less bronzing than some papers. Would anyone happen to have that QTR profile or another profile for an RC type paper that exhibits less than usual bronzing with UC inks? Would be willing to purchase. Have used semi-matte and its above average from a bronzing standpoint.. Thanks, SteveB

Then recently I needed to print some contacts and decided to use a few sheets printing on my 4000. I noticed even in the contacts that something looked different so I printed some of the final port images using the gloss and lustre samples. I'm not a glossy guy but I noticed a drastic improvement in both papers over any color printing on the 4000 using the UC inks. I will likely start using the Kodak pro lustre for all my color portfolio printing, but will continue using matte for awesome BW with QTR. If anyone has kodak pro profiles for a 4000/UC inks please share them with me it looks like kodak has one profile for both papers. Adell Adell

I thought I would ask again. If anyone has this profile above I would be willing to purchase... No time to make myself. This sounds promising for RC papers using UC inks ... Thanks! I don't know if your working on a Mac or PC for "icm" profiles are cross platform. I found this by doing a Google search on the paper and wound up at Encad.com. Here's the link to the profiles download page. http://www.encad.com/Support/RIP-Support/Windows/Epson4000d.asp Alan _____

Alan, thanks for the reply. I have that profile for color, but I'm looking for a QTR made profile. I guess I could try Ilford Smooth Pearl but would like a QTR profile made for this specific paper! Since this is the lowest bronzing paper I've heard of, I would think someone with a 4000 would want to try/make that profile ... Thanks!
