contact IJM... if this is your first experience with K6 don't let this labeling screw up dissuade you from using these inks in the future... they are the best inks available for B&W printing ... period. Frank Iannotti iL Studio Group Inc. www.iLsg.com

We have always used Universal Position carts (no tabs - can be put in any position) because we wanted to encourage our users to mix and match PiezoTones using various workflows and RIPs. But this recent snafu in mis-filling or mis-labeling (which came first? the ink or the cart...) is going to force us into selling tabbed carts from now on. The current K6 line will be revamped - making it foolproof. Those who want to put a cart in an alterative position will not by accident but on purpose by cutting off the tabs on our carts. We do have the inventory all squared now. And in the meantime, we are doing a new fill to replace the replacement. Then in about 30 days we should have new tabbed carts with improved labels for all positions. Sorry for the inconveniene we caused - and we tried to call everyone we knew may have received mis-filled / mis-labled carts. If not the culprit is the Magenta cart which should have an 100 sub-line in the label and NOT an 060 sub-line. Please contact us at InkjetMall if you have not been contacted.
