Printing from MacOS Tiger. Photoshop CS1. Printer worked with color cartridges. I simply swapped out for the piezo cartridges. Carefully (several times) walked through sending the job to the printer. 33% gets sent there (Quad2200-NK7). I receive the following error: The process "usb" stopped unexpectedly with status 81 Rebooted. No difference. Suggestions? Dean Seattle, WA
