Hello! I have an Intel Mac with latest OS X and R800 printer. I've been printing with QTR and piezography K7 inks just fine. Wanted to go back to color and installed my color cartridges back in the printer. Tried to print using the R800 printer selection, instead of Quad800 selection. All I get is a communication error from the printer. If I select the Quad800, it prints a BW image. how do I get back to the color printer? Thx

I've heard that with the Espon 2400 on the Mac, you have to delete and re-add the print driver when swapping black cartridges. Maybe a similar approach would work for your situation? Jeff
