QTR-Quadtone RIP

I installed my Generations QuadBlack GQ inkset in a new, virgin Epson R200 today and 
haven't had any luck printing using the RIP. I can print fine using the Epson driver and have 
unclogged two nozzles using the built in drivers. I can also print basic pages without 
problem.

When I try to select QuadR200-GQ printer from the printer dialog list there's a strikethrough 
through the QuadTone option. If I select it, the current application crashes immediately.

Is this an issue with the Epson driver? Or is the QuadTone RIP software not Intel-Mac 
compatible?

         1. You cannot print from the Printer interface. You have to 
print from the Quadtone  software.
         2. In order to print using Quadtone you must have saved the 
file that you want to print as a TIFF file then call it up using 
Quadtone not via Photoshop or whatever.

In fact on a mac you must print via the applications.
At the momemt i'm having problems on my mac as well

You must use the most recent version 2.4.2 for the Intel Mac's.
This version has the Universal Binaries.
