QTR-Quadtone RIP

I am trying to create some ICC's using Paul Roarks method of imbedding 
PS curves into ICC's. I am using UT7 inks, an Epson 2200 and a 
Colorvision PrintFixPro spectro to read the grayscale. After I have 
created the 21 step text file and the raw RGB-16 curve and placed them 
on the Eye-One shortcut, the file that is created for carbon and sepia
(s) have a "Warning: None of the RGB curves are in ascending order. 
Cannot make the Soft Proofing side of profile." While I though this may 
effect only Soft Proofing in PS, the prints I get using the ICC's on 
the back end have midtones that are all flatten out. Any suggestions?
