Epson 2100/2200, MIS UT3D inks, how to profile?

I just converted my Epson 2100 printer with the UT-3D (with Eboni black) inks. I also own a Gretag Spectrolino spectrophotometer. Does anyone have a comprehensive tutorial on how to profile my system?
