help! I downloaded quadtone on my new iMac and now photoshop won't open

I have used the QTR for about a year and loved it. I recently bought an iMac with OS 10.4.8 and also upgraded to Photoshop CS2. I downloaded the latest version of QTR and now Photoshop will open, but won't open any of my files. I created a new user on my Mac and did not bring the QTR over to this new user and photoshop works fine, so I am pretty sure QTR is the problem. Any suggestions!
