QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm look to upgrade from 2.4.1 to 2.5.0 and can't find anyway to
uninstall the older version. Do I need to uninstall?  This is on a Mac
OS-X 10.4.

No need to uninstall the old version.   Just run the new 
Install-QTR-2.5.0.pkg
It is always required that you re-run the printer & profiles install 
script.
I.e. the scripts such as  Profiles/2100-2200-UC/Install2200
