QTR-Quadtone RIP

pulldown has disappeared, scroll for file selection fixed, thanks

Advanced adjustment will not show up unless the Curve Setup Box is opened.

Hi Stephen

Further investigation found that on my pc, once I close the advanced
rollup or the curves rollup there is no way to reopen them (the little
 pointer to click-on to expand the rolldowns goes away) unless I go to
QTRgui.ini and change the value of SetupRolledUp=0 and reopen QTRgui.
May be specific to my dual monitor set-up.  I will just avoid closing
the rollups.  Thanks!
