Printing

Hi all, Total Quadtone RIP newbie here. I am running Jaguar and have installed the ghost file thingy. After I hit Print, print centre opens and indicates that the job is starting, but it never does. It just keeps showing the swirly blue and white line but the print never starts. Have I forgotten to install a part of the program? Any help would be great, as I am eager to start making quality B+W prints ASAP. Thanks in advance
